We are a medical office, therefore consents and pre-appointment info is sent prior to each appointment. - We are a child free office. - Your appointment is carved out just for you. If needing to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. No shows, late arrivals of 5 minutes or more, arrival with a child, or appointments cancelled less than 24hrs prior to the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee.

FILLER

Filler Appointments for New Clients & Established Clients. Filler can be used to replace lost volume and hydrate. Common treatment areas: Cheeks, Chin, Lips, Nasolabial Folds, Jawline, Tear Troughs. All New Client appointments begin with a consult. Consult fee of $150. Fee applied towards same day treatment and/or skincare.

SCULPTRA / THREADS

Sculptra and/or Threads for New Clients & Established Clients. Sculptra Sculptra works to increase the skin’s volume, but not in the same way a filler works.
